Terms and conditions
By ordering, you agree to accept full legal responsibility for the reproduction of
the
images and photos
you provide, and to hold harmless and to indemnify Jefferson
Allen Wade Design for all liability, damages,
and expenses it may incur as a result of processing and printing copyrighted photographs and reproductions, including any other
person claiming an interest in the photo.
Photographs
taken by professional photographers
or
any image from a website are
protected
by copyright laws and cannot be
reproduced
without a Photographer
Release
Form.
In addition, you agree that Jefferson Allen Wade Design has the right to use
your design to advertise our products. We want to protect your privacy, so all
names and personal
information will be changed.
Cancellations/Returns
Once an order has been approved, paid for, and submitted to print, it can not be cancelled for any reason.
Final proofing is done by you before submitted to print. Please make sure you carefully check your card for any errors, and that the design is exactly what you want. Once the order is submitted to print, the sale is final. Returns and/or exchanges are not allowed. If you want to reprint your order because you changed your mind, etc. ,you will be responsible for any additional design/printing fees.
If you received your order and it isn't consistent to your approved final proof, and is a mistake on the behalf of Jefferson Allen Wade Design, your order will be reprinted free of charge. Please contact orders@jeffersonallenwadedesign.com.
Privacy Policy
I respect your privacy and will never share your personal information with anyone
outside of my company. Your e-mail address, order information, photographs and
all other information you send me is used exclusively to create and fill your order.
The payment processing is performed by PayPal and their privacy policy applies
to the payment part of the transaction.
