How much does it cost? Please visit the Printing and Pricing Info section too see the different products and prices.

How much is shipping? Currently shipping is a flat fee of $9 in the US. For orders to Canada, please send an email to orders@jeffersonallenwadedesign.com for your rate.

What forms of payment do you accept? All forms of payment are accepted via Paypal. You can be assured that your payment information is protected by using Paypal's secure checkout. Check out Paypal for more information and their privacy policy.

How long does before I receive my proof? Once all I receive all your information and photos, it will take 48-72 hours to receive your proof.

Where do I send my photos? Please send all photos you want included in your design to photos@jeffersonallenwadedesign.com.

Do you do any photo editing? Yes, if your photos have any necessary editing (red-eye removal, removing blemishes, etc,) it be done as part of the process free of charge.

What kind of photos can I send? The higher the resolution the better. So please send your best quality photos, in their original state (unedited), so you can get the best design for you card. Professional photos can only be used if you have a signed release form from the photographer and send it to me.

I like a design in the gallery but would like to make a few changes, can it be customized? Yes! Any design in the galleries can be fully customized to what you need! Colors, fonts, wording, or any other design element can be changed. You can also choose a style from one gallery to use for another occassion (ie. use a bridal shower design for a birth announcement).

How long will it take to receive my order? If you chose print-your-own, it will take 24 hours to receive your order after final approval and payment. For professional print, please allow 7-10 days after final approval and payment is received.

Can I change my design after the proof is made? Yes! Your proof is not finished until your are 100% satisfied. The goal is to make a design that you love! We will work together to make that happen.

I have already received my order but I would like to purchase more, can I do that? Yes! Your design is kept on file and available to be re-processed at anytime.
